Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Arielys. At Arielys, we take pride in our meticulous attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our valued customers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.


Refunds & Store Credit

For eligible products returned in accordance with our guidelines, we will issue a refund for the original product cost (less any discounts applied at checkout) to your original form of payment. Alternatively, you may choose to receive your refund as store credit.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.


7-Day Return Policy

We gladly accept return requests for eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return and refund, your item(s) must be in new, unused condition with tags still attached, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning your item.


Important Note

We do not offer direct exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size. However, you may return the item for a refund or store credit if your return is approved.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items and collections are non-returnable. All sales are final for these products:

  • Bodysuits

  • Intimates / Lingerie

  • Swimwear


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our returns team at hello@arielys.com to begin the return process.

  2. Receive Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions.

  3. Package the Item: Items must be new, unworn, and in their original clear garment bag with the SKU sticker and tags attached. Pack securely in the original packaging, including any accessories.

  4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  5. Return Shipping: For eligible returns, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Returns Processing & Refunds:
Once our warehouse receives your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing and verification. After your return is approved, your refund will be issued.

Please note that returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if the above criteria are not met.
