Arielys Shipping Policy for the United States

Shipping Scope

We proudly offer shipping within the United States.
At this time, we are unable to process or deliver orders to addresses outside our coverage area.


Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays observed at our dispatch location.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
    Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

All products go through a quality assurance and made-to-order process before shipping to ensure precision and excellence.

 

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations within the United States and U.S. Territories, including:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • All U.S. Military Bases (APO/FPO)

  • American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands


Standard Shipping & Sample Order Rates

  • 2–5 business days for U.S.-based products

  • 5–10 business days for products shipped from overseas

Expedited and overnight shipping options are currently not available.


Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery.
